When a user chooses to connect a Meta account or business asset, NewPOS may receive information authorized by the user and permitted by Meta, which may include:

  • Instagram professional or business account information
  • Page or account names
  • Access tokens and authorization information
  • Permissions granted to the NewPOS application
  • Posts, media, or other content required to provide scheduling and publishing functionality

The exact information available to NewPOS depends on the permissions approved by the user and the Meta APIs being used.

3. How We Use Meta Data

Information obtained through Meta is used only to provide and support authorized NewPOS functionality.

This may include:

  • Connecting NewPOS to Facebook Pages or Instagram professional accounts
  • Identifying business assets available to an authorized user
  • Creating and managing scheduled social media content
  • Publishing user-authorized content
  • Displaying publishing status and related information
  • Maintaining the connection between NewPOS and Meta
  • Troubleshooting integration problems

ACPR does not use Meta permissions to publish content without an authorized user’s action, configuration, or previously established scheduling instruction.

4. Access Tokens and Authentication

NewPOS may securely store access tokens or other authorization credentials provided through Meta’s authentication systems when necessary to maintain the integration.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect these credentials against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

Users may disconnect their Meta integration or revoke applicable permissions through Meta’s account settings.

We do not sell personal information obtained through our Meta integration.

We do not sell Meta user data, access tokens, or information obtained through Meta APIs.

Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, host, maintain, or support ACPR and NewPOS services. Users may also remove or revoke ACPR/NewPOS access through their Facebook or Meta account settings.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Meta Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected a Facebook, Instagram, or other Meta account to NewPOS and would like the associated Meta data removed:

  1. Disconnect the Meta integration from NewPOS, if that option is available within your account.
  2. You may also revoke the application’s permissions through your Facebook or Meta account settings.
  3. Contact Anaheim Cell Phone Repair and request deletion of the Meta data associated with your NewPOS account.
  4. Identify the applicable NewPOS account, business, Facebook Page, or Instagram account so that we can locate the relevant information.
  5. After verification where necessary, ACPR will process the deletion request in accordance with applicable legal and platform requirements.

Some information may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or other legitimate obligations.
