In order to buyback your device, we will need you to remove any user locks on your device. This consists of Apple Find My iPhone, Google Account Locks, User Passwords, Fingerprints, and Activation Locks.
Once you have completed this step, please go back and complete the buyback form and select YES as the option on the User Locks page.
